I Say I Do the #ReadingWithMuffy Challenge

As a student, I used to be glued to story books and any kind of fiction. Often, my mother had caught me sneaking into comic books hidden under the textbooks. But later on, I lost interest, and just used to pick up books now and then. The avid reader in me took a back seat, and other interests took its place. But this year, I managed to complete my reading challenge. Since I would like to call myself a beginner in this, I want to set my goals brief and manageable. 

Importance of Prompts

In the vast ocean of books, it often becomes quite challenging to pick the right one to read. Therefore, a given prompt makes it easier to choose what book to go for. 

2025 will be quite exciting, and I can already sense that.  

#ReadingWithMuffy Challenge with Shalini and her furry friend Muffy is something I am looking forward to. The 12 Prompts will surely make the reading a fun activity. I am yet to select the books, but I am sure that's something that will occupy me for quite a while and I am very excited about reading those to accomplish my reading goals successfully.

Also, it will give me a scope to connect with other bloggers and to learn about different books.

Looking forward to a Happy Book-filled 2025.

Mushy Mushrooms, Mini Macaroons & 5 Whodunnit Murder Mysteries to Watch on My Breakfast Plate

As the mother of a fourth-grade student, my mornings start at 5:30 a.m. daily. Making breakfast and setting up lunchboxes keep me occupied during those hours and since I like to keep it simple for breakfasts, they generally get quite boring, with either bread toasts or chapattis. (common story of a lot of moms). I have always avoided films like "Drunken Master" and other movies that begin and end with a fight. The same goes for mindless action films too. However, there are a few movies that I have watched that may seem incredibly foolish and dumb but if you manage to watch those you will realise they are quite clever. So, here is my list of 5 Dumb Movies that are Secretly Clever. 1. Tucker and Dale vs. Evil: When 2 worthless friends go for a vacation, their adventures turn into a disastrous misadventure and a massacre due to misunderstandings and unfortunate turn of events.
