Top 2 Shows I Watched in 2025

This is going to be a very concise post, as I am travelling and can't write much. But I will do what I have to do- talk about films. Its not that I had watched a lot many shows, but out of that here are the ones that I enjoyed watching.

1. All Her Fault: This thriller series is a slow burner, with a lot of absolutely unexpected twists. The performances of Sarah Snook and Dakota Fanning are incredible. The story keeps the audience hooked on to the show till the end. Generally I don't repeat watch shows but this one I can definitely watch one more time. The dialogues are so effective that every line leaves an impact.


2. Cross: This is the small screen adaptation of Alex Cross mystery series by James Patterson. It would have been quite challenging for lead actor Aldis Hodge to step into the character's shoes which was once been played impeccably by a stalwart like Morgan Freeman, but he did that with flying colours. Kudos to the makers for giving the actor ample of scope to turn the character to his favour by altering a bit here and there, bringing out the best out of him. 


Last week I wanted to watch It: Welcome to Derry but somehow ended up watching It Chapter 2 once again. So, my bad that I could not a 3rd one in this list.

Mushy Mushrooms, Mini Macaroons & 5 Whodunnit Murder Mysteries to Watch on My Breakfast Plate

As the mother of a fourth-grade student, my mornings start at 5:30 a.m. daily. Making breakfast and setting up lunchboxes keep me occupied during those hours and since I like to keep it simple for breakfasts, they generally get quite boring, with either bread toasts or chapattis. (common story of a lot of moms). Sometimes our wishes can go to an extravaganza and the longing for a due break with a lavish breakfast consisting of some creamy- buttery mushy mushrooms sprinkled with roasted garlic, some berry-flavoured mini macaroons and to top it all a thrilling, chilling old-fashioned Whodunnit Murder Mystery Movie playing on TV just makes things perfect. Top 5 Classic Bengali Patriotic Films #EveryConversationMatters

We have 2 schools near our house, and both are preparing for Sunday's Republic Day celebrations. Listening to the drum beats and patriotic songs feels so good. Yesterday, it was Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose's birth anniversary. I remember watching an old movie based on his life a long time back. This made me wonder why not make a list of such patriotic Bengali films today. So, today, I have listed 5 such patriotic Bengali Films: 1. Chattogram Astragar Lunthan (1949): Released at a time when India had freshly gained independence from Imperial British rule, this film centres around the Chittagong Armoury Raid and its mastermind, Masterda (Surya Sen). Surya Sen was a local teacher who planned to raid the Armoury with his small group of students, resulting in a fatal revolt.
